Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we canโ€™t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as flowers & other live goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on mulch, firewood or products that are flammable liquids or gases.

  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are no partial refunds offered.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify youย that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) orย we can issue a store credit to be used towards a future purchase. Please note credit or debit card returns can take up to 7 to 10 days and depends on your banking establishment.

Late or missing refunds

If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If youโ€™ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Items marked as “final sale” cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please visit us in store and bring in the damaged item as well as proof of purchase with you.

Shipping returns

Shipping costs are nonrefundable, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
